have you foresaken me, great LJ Hive Mind?
No one, not one of you, told me of the joy that is Pandora and the Music Genome Project.

Have I displeased you? Can I make amends (short of buying you a pony?)

It's the greatest thing ever and I was forced to stumble upon it like some shnook using Yahoo. YAHOO for Pete's sake! Y'all's a bunch of creeps for not lettin' me know.

Now, I also realise that I might be redirected to a hundred posts that I miussed where people told me of this miracle radio-station preparer, and to those of you, I apologize, though the fact that you did use BIGGER TYPE is still unforgiveable.

I've got a B52s station and a Goldfrapp one going. THe Goldfrapp one is a lot of fun.

And if any of you have Reviews or anything about CostumeCon26, send them my way. I'm planning the next issue to have a lot of LoCs, a few reviews and another FMS from Steve Green!

I used to talk about it.

Then they locked me out for being in the UK and so I stopped.

(Some annoying music rights/charges issue that means they can't support anyone but you lot in the US.)

Somewhat akin to me not being able to download video from bbc.co.uk because I don't pay annual licensing, as I see it. Sucks either way.

Hmmph... that's what you get for not reading other people's blogs :P

I rather enjoy http://www.deezer.com/ as well.

I mentioned it on LJ eons ago - A friend told me about Pandora shortly after they launched, so she could infect me with a new song. And I went to their party announcing a partnership with some wannabe iPod-ish hardare company and still have the Pandora pen they gave me for swag.

Seems like just what you need at your boring desk job.

As Chris explained above, "LoC" is Letter of Comment, with the edited column known as the "loccol" or "lettercol". If a letter isn't included (for lack of space, say), the author's name (and possibly a single-sentence extract, to give a flavour of the feedback) appears in the WAHF ("We Also Heard From") listing.

and another FMS from Steve Green!

Hey, I still haven't seen the previous Drink Tank. Care to e-mail me a copy?

Have you had a chance yet to consider joining [info]fapa_forum?
